Welcome to the Dakota Transit Association (DTA). The Dakota Transit Association was formed in 1985 to address the need for greater communication between transportation providers and to serve as a unified voice for public transportation agencies within the states of North and South Dakota at the national level.
Dakota Transit Association (DTA) is proud to offer transit agencies in both North and South Dakota the opportunity to have drivers become PASS-certified. The final in-person, hands-on portion of the PASS certification training will be offered Sunday morning in Huron at the DTA Roadeo & Conference. If your agency has a driver who needs PASS certification, please let us know. Before attending the Sunday training, participants must:
- Complete the PASS Basic Online Course
- Bring a copy of their online course completion certificate to the in-person training
